SHIPPING and RETURN POLICY
We are aware of the high fragility of our products and we ensure you that our packages are solid and the goods inside are motionless!
We ship WORLDWIDE.
All Shit and Blossoms orders are packed and dispatched after the payment is received, within 2 working days (except weekends and public holidays). You will get an email with the tracking number of your package the same day we send it out. Parcel will be delivered by your national postal service.
Your order is dispatched from Serbia, East Europe (outside of the EU) and the shipping times take about 2 weeks for Europe destinations and 2-3 weeks for the rest of the world. When placing an order, please take into consideration that estimated delivery time may vary.
As a receiver, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes based on your country’s local terms and conditions for importing foreign products. Please inform yourself about it before making any purchases. Shit and Blossoms are not liable if your package is seized by local customs.
As a customer, it is your responsibility to make sure that your full name, shipping address and your phone number are correct. Depending on your local post office and local custom office, you may be asked to pick up your order.
Shit and Blossoms are not accountable for damaged, lost or stolen packages, and cannot guarantee the delivery time. But we are here to assist you and provide you additional documents if your local post office requires them from the sender.
In case of a damaged, torn, unwrapped and/or opened parcel is delivered via postal service, take over the parcel and raise a warranty claim at the local post office in 24 hours after taking over the parcel with a note that the damage is made due to reckless handling and not by bad packaging. We will be happy to give you 50% discount for the next order because of your misfortune.
In case the package is returned by post to Shit and Blossoms due to refused order or not being picked up on time, you will be required to cover the return shipping fee and re-delivery fee.
Unfortunately, canceling orders is not possible, so please take your time to understand what product you need before making an order.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
The nature of our products doesn’t allow us to offer a return based on dissatisfaction with the product or buyer’s remorse.
We are able to offer a refund, exchange or discount on a faulty item. In this case, you must claim it by emailing us on firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of product delivery, with a proof photo of the damage. In order to return the item for a refund or exchange, you will receive our approval email with further instructions. Returning item must be unused and packed in the same way as you received it. Unclaimed packages are not eligible for a refund and you will be charged for all the shipping costs.
Please note all sale items are final and cannot be returned for a refund or exchanged unless deemed faulty/damaged.
Refund of the funds to the Consumer
In case it is required to return the funds of the collected funds to the Consumer, in full or partially, regardless of the reason for the return, method of payment (SMS, confirmed DMS
transactions ) and the time when the funds were collected (within the same business day or after it ends), the Merchant shall return the funds exclusively through VISA, EC/MC and
Maestro method of payment. It should refer to the Payment card POS and ATM Office, by sending a latter on the Company memorandum to the fax (011) 209 14 08 including the
following obligatory items:
• explanation for the refund i.e. reversal of transaction:
• date/time of transaction,
• amount of transaction,
• amount of transaction subject to reversal (if part of the transaction),
• transaction details : PAYMENT_ID, TRANSACTION_ID, AUTH_CODE,
• name of the shopping web site where the transaction has been processed,
• available data on the Client (name and surname),
• authorized person signature,
• Company seal,
